What This Role Offers 25-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday Most weeks of the year consistently scheduled Company van provided - you never use your own vehicle Early starts, early finishes Free meals each shift Repeat routes that get easier the longer you stay A professional team where you are trusted, not micromanaged What a Typical Day Looks Like You start at our commercial kitchen near Town Hall station. The kitchen is already moving. You load insulated catering bags onto trolleys and into one of our refrigerated vans. The bags are not heavy, generally under 5 kg each, but there are multiple per run. You will usually complete 5-8 drops per run across Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Parramatta and surrounding areas. At each stop you trolley the bags into the office, set the food out neatly in meeting rooms or boardrooms, do a quick visual check to ensure presentation still looks sharp, tidy anything that shifted in transit if needed, then take a proof-of-delivery photo and complete a short checklist in our workplace app. If you are running behind, you call or text the client early. Clear communication. No surprises. You will train with experienced drivers before going solo. Over time the routes become familiar and efficient. By early afternoon the van is parked and your shift is finished. Experience Experienced Sydney driver preferred , whether that is courier work, field service, taxi, rideshare, sales rep or similar. It is not essential to have delivery experience, but you must genuinely know your way around Sydney. You should already feel confident driving in and out of the CBD. You should not get flustered by city traffic. You will become even more familiar with the routes once you start, but you need to be comfortable on Sydney roads from day one.
